Overview and Tips
In this module you'll cover an overview of some of the background theory behind the CCB hearing process, as well as some practical tips and tools to help you prepare for hearings. In particular, you'll get a guided tour of the CCB Summary template, and review some case examples.
The CCB Summary template has been prepared by the Consent and Capacity Board (the CCB) for use by physicians presenting before it. It is recommended as a useful tool for hearings and is intended to shorten and simplify the physician's oral presentation to the Board for hearings related to involuntary status or incapacity to consent to treatment.
