The Ontario College of Family Physicians and Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University are proud to launch the Quality in Family Practice online program. The Quality in Family Practice project was funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health & Long Term Care through the Primary Health Care Transition Fund, and this online program will continue to grow and evolve over time. There are valuable resources and a resource database or clearinghouse where you can find information, links and documents to help guide the development of improvement processes in your practice. There are also several e-learning modules that you can do, to help learn more about the program. We look forward to your questions, suggestions and discussion in the forum.
