Is there a link for the iPad for the early years check-in assessment tool?

I am having difficulties accessing the early years check-in assessment tool from my iPad and I want to be able to do it online with families. Thank you.

  Hi Bridgette,

  The tool is designed to work on the iPad right from the same link on the website: eyci.healthhq.ca/.../check-in.

  1. Can you tell me the model of iPad and what browser you are using?
  2. Are you on a high-speed internet connection?
  3. Can you describe the problem in more detail?

  iPad 4 mini and yes we have high speed internet connection and I can get the PDF format but I want to be able to do it online using the bar instead of hand writing it onto the paper
