Hi Jodie,
The last couple times I visited the site (i.e. yesterday & today), the Beyond Silence program has not consistently appeared in the list of programs, therefore I can't always access. Today it hasn't appeared at all. Might this be a computer compatibility issue (i.e. 5-yr-old laptop) or have others experienced similar difficulties?

Hi Gary, thank you for your question. The University is closed this week, and Jodie is away. If I have a chance, I will try to look into this; but otherwise, Jodie will try to troubleshoot upon her return on Monday, January 5th.
I don't think it would relate to a computer or browser compatibility issue. Note that some programs are both 'private' (password protected) and 'unlisted' - i.e. they do not appear unless you are both logged in and a member of that program. Beyond Silence is just such a 'private' and 'unlisted' program.
Please try logging in FIRST, in order to view the Beyond Silence program in the list of programs.
Another approach would be to use the direct link by typing in beyondsilence.machealth.ca and then using your log in credentials (username and password) to access the program directly.
I think there is a good chance that you are not logged in, and that is why you are not able to access the Beyond Silence program.
