pharmacogenetics in better choosing an SSRI or SNRI

Request to the COllabroative Mental Health Group

I am just wondering what the current role for pharmacogenetics are in better choosing an SSRI or SNRI in a patient, specifically with anxiety ( GAD and Social anxiety) with incomplete response to Fluoxetine and Venlafaxine and intolerant to very low doses of Sertraline) . I have this issue come up regularly in my practice with intolerance or incomplete response to 2-3 psychotropics and the patient and I are reluctant to just "keep trying different ones". I do maximize non-pharm treatment as well (counseling and self-care) .
Additionally, can you recommend how to order the pharmacogenetics in Ontario.

Thanks
