Hi,
I'm unable to access the CCB hearing preparation examples at machealth.ca/.../as-overview.aspx. The error message reads: Sorry, but you don't have access to this area of the site.
Some machealth programs and forums are more private than others. You may need to log in to view what you were looking for, or you may not be a member of a more private program. And, of course, membership has its privileges.
Please log in and try again, or contact support if you feel you should be able to access this area of the site. You may need to 'join' a program or request membership if it is a private program.
Thanks for your help!
In reply to Angela:
Hi Angela,
Thank you for your interest in the CCB program and I'm sorry you have encountered an issue accessing the program.
The CCB program is open to all and does not require special permission to view it. The link that you provided is not complete. Did you have the program bookmarked? I would recommend refreshing your browser and accessing it from the program menu by clicking on the "Programs" in the main menu and selecting the program from the list.
If this does not solve the problem, can you tell me what browser (including the version number) you were using to access the program and if you are using a Mac or PC? Have you viewed the program previously?
Thank you again for your interest and your patience.

I have completed the initial module (Pre module survey) on the Extreme Heat Events but I cant' get to the susequent modules which remain locked. Thanks, Warren
In reply to Warren Murschell:
Hi Warren,
If you log in and return to the module it should be unlocked for you now. Please let me know if you have any other problems.
Hi Jodie,
I'm having the same problem as Warren. Even when I log off and log back in to return to the module, it's still locked. If you could help, that would be great. Thanks!
In reply to Colleen Ryan:
Hi Colleen.
You should be all set as well. I think you and Warren both experienced a caching issue. The pre-module survey prompts you to resume from where you left off. If you select no and refresh the browser it seems to resume properly.
I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Sorry to bother you again. I just finished the second module, but it won't let me launch the third. I tried refreshing, but that doesn't seem to work. I also tried what you suggested above, but that didn't seem to work for me either. Thanks again.
Hi Colleen,
Can you try again?
Jodie
Is there any way that the portal can be set up to remember my email from my own computer? A number of other sites I use do that, and it is so helpful. I find it such a nuisance to have to retype my email each time as well as the password. Ruth
In reply to Ruth Dubin:
Hi Ruth,
Thanks for your great usability feedback! I've asked our programmer to look into this and we will see if this feature can be added. I will update this post as soon as I hear something.

You appear to be all set. Can you tell me what browser you were using to access the module including the version number? You can find the version number in the 'about' option of the browser's help menu.
Thanks for your patience.
I am having the same issues that Warren had above. I completed the Pre module survey on the Extreme Heat Events but I cant' get to the susequent modules which remain locked.
Thanks,
Jennifer
In reply to Jennifer Yost:
Hi Jennifer,
You should be able to advance now in the module. Please note that we are aware of an issue with Internet Explorer 9 and 10 that may cause some users to be unable to unlock the next activity of the module. We are actively working to correct this. In the mean time, please use a different browser or version of Internet Explorer when completing the modules.
When completing the module for the Extreme Heat Events program I recommend using the navigation controls at the bottom to advance through the module to ensure you do not miss any screens that would prevent you from unlocking the next activity as well.
i'm having the same issue?
