We’re excited that you’d like to join us on machealth! To register simply click the Person Icon in the top right corner of the page. Click the "Join here" link at the bottom of the form. Enter your email address into the form fields and click the checkbox and then the Register button.

For security purposes, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link for completing the registration process. Click on the link in the verification email and fill in the form provided. The display name you choose will be the name visible to everyone. Remember the password you pick as this will be how you log into the site each time you visit.
