When I try to sign in using Internet Explorer the portal freezes! What's going on?

The upgraded version of the portal is not compatible with OLDER versions of Internet Explorer (specifically version 8 or older). Since Microsoft is no longer supporting this browser there are no plans to make the portal backwards compatible. There are several other options available to you for logging into the portal, however.

  • The upgraded version of the portal is tablet and mobile friendly so you can use a tablet or smartphone to log in and view the portal content. 
  • If possible upgrade Internet Explorer
  • Use a different browser such as Google's Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari, Opera or any other one you decide.
