Hi Charla, I think this is a good idea because we know that RNs are often involved in the 18-month visit in some capacity. Also, receptionists are the gatekeepers and they are very important in terms of ensuring all 18-month olds are being booked for their appointments, rescheduling the ones that are cancelled, and potentially handing out the NDDS to families when they check in. You might want to try getting through to the RNs, and through them getting to reception.
