Acknowledgements

This course is the result of a collaborative effort between CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research and the Division of e-Learning Innovation at McMaster University. The course was developed to support Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists who are currently delivering, or who plan to deliver, integrated, tiered models of service to children and youth.
