Cultural Competency (Mr. Wang)

This module works through the case of Mr. Wang, an elderly man who speaks only Mandarin. It addresses common challenges and important things to consider when working with a translator (including the importance of cultural differences in non-verbal communication), how to appropriately address cultural differences in health behaviours, etc.
