use of Prolia in a patient with recent vertebral fractures

I would really appreciate your advice: I have a lady in her early 80's, cognitively intact, in a nursing home. She has history of Crohns disease and remote *** cancer. She refuses Actonel/Fosamax for fear it will flare her Crohn's. She has had two vertebral fractures, no falls. No BMI on record as we do not get their old files from the family MD when they are admitted. Calcium, PTH normal. Now on Vit D and I will try to convince her to take calcium How long after a vertebral # can one start Prolia? how long after any fracture can one start bisphosphonates? Thanks Ruth Dubin
