This web-based program is a collaboration between the Ontario College of Family Physicians, McMaster University, Osteoporosis Canada, and osteoporosis experts across the country. The program was developed to provide primary care providers a central access point to recommended tools and education, as well as a forum for enhanced mentoring online for better osteoporosis management.
